CHECK IN, ACCREDITATION & INSPECTION
Registration Check-In followed by Equipment Inspection is required by all archers, coaches and team managers on the first day of the championships prior to the start of competition.
Athlete Accreditation (Athlete numbers)
Athletes will receive an athlete number card which shall be proof of accreditation and must be worn visibly at all times while on the field of play. Athlete numbers will remain unchanged throughout the tournament.
Athlete Agent (Para)
Volunteers (local volunteers, spectators or chaperones) will be available to assist and act as a scoring agent as well as to assist with arrow retrieval. Athletes may have their own agent, and should identify them as such upon registration. The agents will be provided Field of Play accreditation.
Coach
Coaches must be registered for the Championships and receive accreditation. All coaches must have valid screening and completed the Respect in Sport for Activity Leaders or the CAC Safe Sport Training.(https://safesport.coach.ca/)
